KRLD's 82nd Anniversary

Legendary Hall Of Fame quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, successful real estate entrepreneur  and community leader Roger Staubach headlines Humana’s upcoming celebration of  KRLD’s 82nd year in broadcasting. The event takes place for the second year on the magnificent grounds of the Dallas Arboretum.  Mr. Staubach will be preceded on stage by Erin Morarity co-anchor of CBS’ cutting edge news magazine 48 Hours.  News Radio 1080 KRLD news, sports anchors, and talk personalities Ernie & Jay will be on hand along with special guest Pat Summerall.

•       Dinner provided by Pappas Bros Concepts, owners of Pappa’s Steak House, Pappadeux, Pappasito’s, Pappa’s BBQ, Yia Yia Mary’s, Pappa’s Burgers, Pappa’s Grill

•       A special performance from members of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Young Strings

•       A showcase area for North Texas’ most notable artists will be set up to display and sell their works with the proceeds supporting the Dallas Arboretum.

Tickets $40 each which provides dinner, entertainment, all beverages and entrance to the arboretum. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Dallas Arboretum.

Gates open at 5p.m. on October 29, 2008
Music and wine stroll begins at 5p.m.
Dinner begins at 6:30
Speakers begins at 7:45pm.
